If the verified access materials do not match the advertised supplier categories or no matching inventory or acceptable terms are found within 7 days of purchase, request a 100% full refund using the process below. There is no fine print and no obligation to proceed with a project.

2. We confirm the request within 24 business hours.
3. 100% refund is processed in 3-5 working days after confirmation.

Refunds apply to eligible access purchases where the requested inventory, supplier materials, or terms cannot be matched during the guarantee period.
