Terms Of Access

Exclusive Goods UK Ltd provides access to supplier information, sourcing support, and project introductions for approved commercial buyers and suppliers.

Access

Buyer and supplier access is intended for legitimate commercial sourcing activity. The $99.99 buyer access payment covers our work to verify suppliers, organize catalogs, and grant entry to private supplier materials and sourcing contact channels. It is not the full project agreement and does not, by itself, create a 5-year non-circumvention obligation.

Account materials, supplier contacts, and catalog information must not be redistributed publicly.

Commercial Model

Project commissions are agreed before introductions or order execution. Success-only commissions are typically 3%-4% of the total project value and apply only where a project closes successfully under agreed terms. There are no retainers or hidden charges for unsuccessful opportunities.

Non-Circumvention

Registered projects and introduced parties may be subject to separate NCNDA and non-circumvention protections for up to 5 years. These terms are provided and signed only for actual projects, live introductions, and registered opportunities, not as a hidden condition of basic paid access.

Verification

EXCLUSIVE GOODS UK LTD is registered in England & Wales under Company No. 17199745. The public record can be checked through Companies House, and the registered office is 136 Kingston Road, New Malden, KT3 3ND.
